Our Classes. Something for everybody
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a flowing sequence of postures designed to improve strength, flexibility and tone the body. This class emphasises the connection of movement with the breath. The flow (or "vinyasa" in Sanskrit) allows oxygenated blood to be brought into to every part of the body, cleansing and rejuvenating the entire system. Sun salutations are practiced throughout to develop a true mind-body connection, allowing you to leave relaxed and in a meditative state. This class will transform you on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually. An open level class - the perfect stepping stone from Yoga Basics & Alignment as well as for seasoned yogis and anyone inbetween!
